Hands-on course to assist System Engineers and IT managers fully understand the features, benefits and overall operation of RADVISION’s videoconferencing network products, including ECS, gateways and MCUs. Participants will learn to install, configure and maintain RADVISION equipment and basic troubleshooting skills.
Prerequisites: proficiency exam in basic knowledge of TC-IP, ISDN, H.323
