Click to Meet™ (2 days)
Hands-on course to assist System Engineers fully understand the features, benefits and operation of the Click to Meet platform and its derivative applications. Participants will learn to instruct end users to schedule and create ad-hoc conferences, manage conferences, and configure parameters, and to instruct system administrators to install CTM servers, configure system and network interfaces to integrate with other services from other vendors, such as Microsoft Real Time Collaboration and IBM Lotus.
Prerequisites: proficiency exam in basic knowledge of TCP-IP, ISDN, H.323
