RADVISION Visual Communication Paradigm (4 days)
A hands-on course to assist System Engineers and IT managers fully understand the features, benefits and overall operation of RADVISION’s SCOPIA 100/400 conferencing solutions. The SCOPIA 100/400 conferencing solutions are part of RADVISION’s complete infrastructure offering that includes multipoint conferencing units, firewall traversal, gateways, desktop conferencing and management for voice, video and data communications.
RADVISION’s infrastructure platforms can be used to connect meeting rooms, desktop users and mobile users in large scale distributed network deployments.
Participants will learn to install, configure and maintain RADVISION equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills.
Prerequisites: proficiency exam in basic knowledge of TCP-IP, ISDN, H.323
Visual Communications Infrastructure I (3 days)
Hands-on course to assist System Engineers and IT managers fully understand the features, benefits and overall operation of RADVISION’s videoconferencing network products, including ECS, gateways and MCUs. Participants will learn to install, configure and maintain RADVISION equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills.
Prerequisites: proficiency exam in basic knowledge of TCP-IP, ISDN, H.323
Visual Communications Infrastructure II (3 days)
This advanced course offers in-depth training in RADVISION technologies and hands–on, advanced troubleshooting skills. The course covers deployment of advanced features in complex networks architectures, such as dial plans, bandwidth management, LDAP interface configuration, and QoS. Participants will learn how to configure advanced features in complex networks and advanced troubleshooting skills.
Prerequisites: Visual Communications Infrastructure I
Visual Communications Network Management (2 days)
This hands-on course assists System Engineers and IT managers fully understand the features, benefits and overall operation of RADVISION’s iVIEW Suite, including iVIEW Network Manager (NMS) and iVIEW Communications Manager (iCM). Participants will learn to install, configure and maintain these RADVISION applications and basic troubleshooting skills.

Click to Meet™ (2 days)
Hands-on course to assist System Engineers fully understand the features, benefits and operation of the Click to Meet platform and its derivative applications. Participants will learn to instruct end users to schedule and create ad-hoc conferences, and manage conferences. They will also learn how to install CTM servers, configure system and network interfaces to integrate with other services from other vendors, such as Microsoft Real Time Collaboration and IBM Lotus.
Prerequisites: proficiency exam in basic knowledge of TCP-IP, ISDN, H.323
Click to Meet Software Development Kit (3 days)
Intensive fast paced course to learn the Click to Meet client and server SDK architecture and APIs including hands on training. Participants will learn to understand the Click to Meet Developer Program, the Click to Meet SDK Client and Server architecture and be able to write Client and Server XPlugins.
Prerequisites: Prior knowledge of Click to Meet™ 4.2, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML Basics
3G Visual Communications Infrastructure I (4 days)
Hands-on course to assist System Engineers and IT managers fully understand the features, benefits and overall operation of RADVISION’s SCOPIA 3G products, including ECS, 3G-324M Gateways, N30 Gateway, G21 and the SCOPIA 1000 chassis. Participants will learn to install, configure and maintain RADVISION equipment and basic troubleshooting skills. Tailored courses are also available for operators seeking targeted content to deploy revenue-generating 3G services in specific environments.
Prerequisites:
- Proficiency exam in basic knowledge of TC-IP, ISDN, H.323.
- Basic knowledge of SS7 for G21 deployments.

This advanced course offers in-depth study of RADVISION’s 3G products and solutions. The course prepares engineers for high-level troubleshooting in 3G video network administration & maintenance, RADVISION 3G technologies, complex network issues and architecture and log analysis. This course is a combination of hands-on training and lectures.
Prerequisites: 3G Visual Communications Infrastructure I
Interactive Video Platform (2 days)
Hands-on course to assist System Engineers and IT managers fully understand the features, benefits and operation of RADVISION’s Interactive Video Platform solution. This course is especially suited for system engineers and IT managers responsible for deploying and maintaining video-based services. Participants will learn to configure IVP components, monitor and maintain IVP component status, load and unload applications, produce CDRs and perform basic troubleshooting tasks.
Prerequisites: proficiency exam in basic knowledge of TCP-IP, ISDN, H.323
Interactive Video Platform Controller API (3 days)
This advanced course offers in-depth study of the IVP Control API language. The hands-on and theory course is designed to assist software developers who wish to develop applications on top of the Interactive Video Platform Controller.
Prerequisites: developers with web development knowledge in one or more of the following technologies: jsp, asp, aspx, php or cgi.
