Hands-on course to assist System Engineers and IT managers fully understand the features, benefits and operation of RADVISION’s Interactive Video Platform solution that enables service providers to easily deploy video based services. Participants will learn to configure IVP components, monitor and maintain operation and status, load and unload applications and shared media, produce CDRs and basic troubleshooting tasks.
Prerequisites: proficiency exam in basic knowledge of TCP-IP, ISDN, H.323
