Course description
A hands-on course to assist System Engineers and IT managers fully understand the features, benefits and overall operation of RADVISION’s SCOPIA Solution for video communications. RADVISION’s SCOPIA Solution is end-to-end, and covers all types of endpoints (PC, desktop and room systems) as well as a complete infrastructure offering that includes multipoint conferencing units, firewall traversal, gateways, desktop conferencing and management for voice, video and data communications. RADVISION’s SCOPIA Solution can be used to connect meeting rooms, desktop users and mobile users in a variety of setups, ranging from low budget SMB deployments to large scale distributed network deployments. Participants will learn to plan, install, configure and maintain RADVISION equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills.
Prerequisites: proficiency exam in basic knowledge of TCP-IP, ISDN, H.323
