RADVISION SCOPIA Solution Training for Video Communications (4 days)

A hands-on course to assist System Engineers and IT managers fully understand the features, benefits and overall operation of RADVISION’s SCOPIA Solution for video communications.
RADVISION’s SCOPIA Solution is end-to-end, and covers all types of endpoints (PC, desktop and room systems) as well as a complete infrastructure offering that includes multipoint conferencing units, firewall traversal, gateways, desktop conferencing and management for voice, video and data communications.
RADVISION’s SCOPIA Solution can be used to connect meeting rooms, desktop users and mobile users in a variety of setups, ranging from low budget SMB deployments to large scale distributed network deployments.
Participants will learn to plan, install, configure and maintain RADVISION equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills.

Prerequisites: proficiency exam in basic knowledge of TCP-IP, ISDN, H.323 is useful but not required.

RADVISION SCOPIA Solution for Advanced Video Deployments (1 day)

An advanced technical course to assist System Engineers and IT managers fully understand the features, benefits and overall operation of the more sophisticated and complex SCOPIA Video Deployments – making it easy for them to deploy and maintain. RADVISION’s SCOPIA Solution has unique integration capabilities with the leading Telepresence systems in the market, as well as the ability to define any 2 or 3 codecs as a telepresence system allowing telepresence-like participation and management experience. RADVISION’s SCOPIA Solution can be used to connect these Telepresence systems with meeting rooms, desktop users and mobile users in a variety of network topologies, including a distributed network deployment, connecting multiple branches/sites in the most bandwidth efficient way. Participants will learn to plan, configure and maintain the RADVISION solution in advanced deployment topologies and when integrating to Telepresence systems, while practicing basic troubleshooting skills.

Prerequisites: Successful completion of the “RADVISION SCOPIA Solution Training for Video Communications” course.

RADVISION SCOPIA Visual Communications Infrastructure Training  (4 days) 

A hands-on course to assist System Engineers and IT managers fully understand the features, benefits and overall operation of RADVISION’s SCOPIA 100/400 conferencing solutions.
The SCOPIA 100/400 conferencing solutions are part of RADVISION’s complete infrastructure offering that includes multipoint conferencing units, firewall traversal, gateways, desktop conferencing and management for voice, video and data communications.
RADVISION’s infrastructure platforms can be used to connect meeting rooms, desktop users and mobile users in large scale distributed network deployments.
Participants will learn to install, configure and maintain RADVISION equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills.

Prerequisites: proficiency exam in basic knowledge of TCP-IP, ISDN, H.323.

Cisco Unified Video Conferencing Training  (3 days) 

A hands-on course designed to assist System Engineers and IT managers to fully understand the features, benefits and overall operation of Cisco's videoconferencing network components: MCUs, Gateway, CUVC-M, CUV-Desktop. The course includes an overview of CUVC deployments and a high-level overview of CUVC's integration with other Cisco solutions: MeetingPlace, Video Telephony & Cisco Telepresence
Participants will learn to install, configure and maintain Cisco CUVC equipment, as well as learning basic troubleshooting skills.

* FYI - this course doesn't replace any of the existing Cisco training classes: MeetingPlace,
   Video Telephony (CallManager) & Cisco Telepresence.

Prerequisites: a basic knowledge of TCP-IP, H.323

3G Visual Communications Infrastructure I (4 days)

Hands-on course to assist System Engineers and IT managers fully understand the features, benefits and overall operation of RADVISION’s SCOPIA 3G products, including ECS, 3G-324M Gateways, N30 Gateway, G21 and the SCOPIA 1000 chassis. Participants will learn to install, configure and maintain RADVISION equipment and basic troubleshooting skills. Tailored courses are also available for operators seeking targeted content to deploy revenue-generating 3G services in specific environments.

Prerequisites:
- Proficiency exam in basic knowledge of TC-IP, ISDN, H.323.
- Basic knowledge of SS7 for G21 deployments.

3G Visual Communications Infrastructure II

This advanced course offers in-depth study of RADVISION’s 3G products and solutions. The course prepares engineers for high-level troubleshooting in 3G video network administration & maintenance, RADVISION 3G technologies, complex network issues and architecture and log analysis. This course is a combination of hands-on training and lectures.

Prerequisites: 3G Visual Communications Infrastructure I

Interactive Video Platform Controller API
  (3 days)

This advanced course offers in-depth study of the IVP Control API language. The hands-on and theory course is designed to assist software developers who wish to develop applications on top of the Interactive Video Platform Controller.

Prerequisites: developers with web development knowledge in one or more of the following technologies: jsp, asp, aspx, php or cgi.
