To get your permanent license

1.  Fill out the Permanent License Form

When you received your ECS CD-ROM, you were provided with a temporary software license valid for only 30 days. To receive your permanent license, you must fill out the Permanent License Form.

To complete the form you will need:

• The server MAC address - the permanent license key is determined per MAC address.(If you need help in finding the server MAC address - see the instructions below) 
• Your ECS serial number - located on the cover of the ECS CD-ROM

2. We will contact you

Once we receive the completed Permanent License Form from you, a RADVISION representative will contact you and send you your permanent license by e-mail.

3.  Update your License

When you receive your permanent license, enter the Windows Start menu and select Programs|RADVision viaIP|Enhanced Communication Server|Register License. Type in the new license and click Update.
