How to get your permanent license

1. Fill out the Form below.
2. We will contact you
   Once we receive the completed Permanent License Form from you, a RADVISION representative will contact you and send you your permanent license by e-mail.
3. Update Your License
   When you receive your permanent license, just enter the DCS administrator web page, and click "Update License". Copy or Type in the new license key and click Update. Alternatively you can enter your License key during the DCS installation.

To complete the form you will need

• the server MAC address - the upgrade license key is determined per MAC address.(If you need help in finding the server MAC address - see the instructions below) 
• your DCS serial number - located on the cover of the DCS CD-ROM 
• enter your current license key in the Current license key field.

To find your server MAC address

1. Locate the MacFinder.exe file on your DCS CD-ROM (or Download it Here). 
2. Execute MacFinder.Exe on the device on which the DCS is designated to run. The RADVISION MAC Address Finder window displays.

3. Click Show MAC. The MAC address of your server displays.
4. Copy the MAC address to your clipboard and paste it in the MAC address field on this page.
