If you would like to sign up for eService, please send an e-mail to: eservice@radvision.com
The mail should include at least one S/N that is covered by support in order to have account identification with your Company mail address.
Please note that this service is provided to customers who purchase direct support from RADVISION.
In other cases, Please approach your channel in order to get your eService account.
