RADVISION’s equipment is maintained directly by RADVISION’s Regional Support Centers located at five locations: New Jersey, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Tel Aviv.

RADVISION Support provides full technical and product support to customers for equipment supplied over the life of the network. Experienced and technically proficient technicians and engineers manage this third-tier support and deliver fast and efficient response time.

RADVISION offers a variety of services beyond basic support, such as Training (Basic and Advanced); Extended Replacement Parts & Service; Software Upgrades; and Extended 24/7 Third Line Action Line provided from RADVISION’s Regional Support Centers.
