Click to Meet provides the intelligence behind the scenes to create the conference across multiple servers, and to route and connect conference participants to the server most applicable to the application and network configuration. If Sametime contacts are online and can participate in a meeting, Click to Meet sends an instant message invitation. From there, contacts can participate in meetings within seconds.

With a simple click, users can instantly escalate a Sametime chat session into a multipoint audio, video, and data session with all the rich media conferencing capabilities of Click to Meet.
Calendar Notifications to Lotus Notes
Click to Meet provides a Web-based conference scheduler that allows you to plan and invite users via email into a conference. Email invitations sent from Click to Meet allow meetings to appear in the Lotus Notes calendar. The calendar notification includes the meeting details, connection link, and dial-in information. To provide for the most efficient use of the system, the meeting is created as soon as the first user joins the conference.
