The RADVISION SIP Gateway extends the reach of IBM Sametime by providing connectivity and interoperability with standards-based video conferencing and telepresence systems and infrastructure. The SIP Gateway allows users to realize the benefits of Sametime in conjunction with their existing deployments of room-based video conference systems and new visual communication solutions such as telepresence and video on mobile devices.

Connecting Workers Anywhere, Anytime
Remote workers using Sametime can easily connect to video conferencing systems on the corporate network with firewall and NAT traversal. Enterprise security is maintained using standard IT techniques including integrated SIP ICE support.
Proven Interoperability
The Gateway enables communications with any H.323 standards-based video device, as well as connectivity with other market-leading unified communications platforms through SCOPIA video conferencing infrastructure.
Highly Secure
All enterprise communications is fully protected using strong state-of-the-art encryption standards - between both SIP and H.323 networks. The Gateway offers full encryption of SIP through TLS for signaling and management and SRTP for media; along with H.235 AES for H.323.
Scalable and Affordable Architecture
The RADVISION SIP Gateway is designed for cost effective and high-scale deployment. The Gateway is designed to grow from a small workgroup deployment to an entire enterprise with unlimited scalability through multiple gateways – all easily managed through the SCOPIA iVIEW Management Suite.
