Windows Mobile/Windows Phone is one of the dominant operating systems used in today’s Smartphones and PDAs. It offers a rich set of facilities for both handset developers and end users, but lacks the vital 3G-324M video telephony implementation.

The RADVISION 3G-VT Application is designed for video telephony applications over a live circuit switch (UMTS, TD-SCDMA) network.
It is divided into several modules and add-ons.
 
3G-324M VT modules:
 
Phone UI - The Phone UI is pre-integrated with Microsoft’s Phone Canvas, which allows smooth integration with the Phone UI for adding video telephony functionality as part of the Phone UI and not as a separate application.
 
3G-Video Telephony Application – Complete video telephony application, responsible for integration of the 3G-324M Stack and the media codecs as well as the integration with the circuit switch modem.
 
Codecs – The codecs provide video and audio streams for both the sending and the receiving path. The codecs can connect using DirectShow, or directly through the 3G-VT application.
 
3G-324M Stack – RADVISION’s award-winning 3G-324M Stack provides the complete signaling protocol, as well as interoperability with any other device available in the market.
 
TAPI/RIL – 3G Radio Interface Layer and Telephony API’s that allow integration of 3G video telephony with the device modem.
 
Baseband -  The baseband application layer is responsible for integration with the modem of the device and allows 3G-324M communication over the circuit switch network.

3G VT Application Logic – Responsible for all call control logic as well as for the interoperability with other devices.
 
RADVISION 3G-324M Toolkit – The award-winning RADVISION 3G-324M Toolkit provides optimized signaling and add-ons for minimized call setup with best performance.
 
Codecs & Algorithms – The video and audio codecs provide the required media processing for both sending and receiving, and handle the required algorithms such as acoustic echo cancellation and VAD.

Android BSP – The BSP is provided by Google as part of the Android package and allows integration with the Open Core as well as the drivers, such as modem, camera, microphone and speaker.
