Mrs. Sandner joined RADVISION in 2007 and serves as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to this position Mrs. Sandner held the position of Director, Corporate HR in the company.
Prior to joining RADVISION Mrs. Sandner served in several managerial Human Resources positions within leading global high-tech companies during periods of rapid growth as well as downsizing and significant organizational changes. Mrs. Sandner founded and led the Global Human Resources department of Formula Telecom Solutions (LSE: FTS) and managed the Recruitment Unit of ECTel ltd. (now cVidya) and has extensive experience in providing employment related consulting services as well as driving and leading extensive internal organizational development processes.
Mrs. Sandner holds a B.A. degree in Psychology & Education, and an M.A. degree in Consulting Psychology, both from Tel Aviv University.
