MISSION:
- Management of NPI team (5 people) in Israel & Europe.
- Management of Company’s NPI projects.
- Management of new product global certifications.
- Management of product configuration control.
- Production lines support management.
- Packing design & environment testing management.
Skills and Abilities
- Team management proven experience – Mandatory.
- Multi regional team management skills – Advantage.
- Cross organization project management skills – Mandatory.
- Industrial Engineering/Project management degree.
- Fluent English writing & speaking.
- Excellent human relationships.
- New product introduction – Development to manufacturing process management – Advantage.
- Multi-site production line support knowledge/experience - Advantage.
- Safety, EMC & Telephony certification management knowledge/experience - Advantage.
- Configuration control management & knowledge (Part number generation, BOM & documentation) - Advantage.

Testing and Monitoring R&D team leader
Team leader will be responsible for the development of 2 product lines sold to the world tie1 chipset vendors, service providers and enterprises.
Team leader will manage a team of 3 software developers providing technical direction, designing the solution, building the development plan, managing the development process, managing the QA process and assuring product is completed on time and in expected quality. Hands-on capabilities are required for assuming responsibility for designing and developing software applications, unit testing, performance tuning and optimization of existing code. Team leader will be expected to help customer support in customer facing activities including real-time and face to face meetings with customers.
Knowledge and Experience
- Four year degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years developing software
- Minimum of 3 years leading a software development team of two or more people.
- Proven ability to design and develop complex applications
- Proven experience in customer facing activities
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge and experience in one (or more) of the following: PHP, C/C#,
- Ability to manage development projects.
- Advanced ability to read, write and speak English
- Effectively lead a team environment
Languages
Languages: Fluent in English and Hebrew

HW Engineer
Technical requirments:
