 Mr. Sfadia joined the Company in July 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sfadia had served as our Corporate Controller and VP of Finance from 2004 until he joined Alvarion Ltd., a WiMAX and wireless broadband solutions provider as VP of Finance.
Prior to joining RADVISION Mr. Sfadia served in various senior financial positions in Israeli private and public companies. Previously Mr. Sfadia was Senior Manager for Ernst & Young in Israel. Mr. Sfadia holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration and an MBA (magna cum laude) from the College of Management in Tel Aviv and Rishon Letzion and he is a CPA in Israel.
