 Mr. Sharlin joined RADVISION in November 2007 and brings with him extensive experience in business strategy, innovation and growth. Prior to joining RADVISION, Mr. Sharlin was the CEO of Xor Technologies, software infrastructure solution provider, leading expansion to Europe, BD activities in APAC and US and marketing strategy.
Before Xor, Mr. Sharlin worked for IBM Israel heading the networking and telecommunications business in their Open Solution Center. Mr. Sharlin holds a B.Sc. in Math, Computer Science, Sociology and anthropology from Bar-Ilan University.
