Mr. Zohar Zisapel, Chairman of RADVISION

Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of RAD Data Communication Ltd. Together with his brother and others, Mr. Zisapel founded 27 companies. He currently serves as Director or Chairman of several of these corporations, including two whose shares are traded publicly - RADCOM Ltd. and Ceragon Networks Ltd.

Mr. Joseph Atsmon

Vice Chairman and Director, Nice Systems Ltd., Director, Ceragon Networks Ltd. and Vocaltec Communications Ltd. Former Chief Executive Officer of Teledata Communications Ltd., a public company acquired by ADC Telecommunications Inc. in 1998. Served in several executive positions over the course of twenty years with Tadiran Ltd., among them as President of its various military communications divisions and Corporate Vice President for Business Development. Mr. Atsmon holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Mr. Dan Barnea

Senior Vice President of R&D at BMC Software, since BMC’s 1999 acquisition of New Dimension Software, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Former Chief Executive Officer of Laser Industries, General Manager at Indigo Ltd., and Vice President of R&D for Elscint Ltd.

Ms. Liora Lev

Founder and General Partner of Ascend Technology Ventures. Chairman of Columbus Application Provider, and Director at Sintec Media, Intellinx and Can-Fite. A seasoned finance and accounting executive, Ms. Lev served as Commissioner of the Israeli Securities Authority and a member of the Israeli Accounting Standards Board, as well as CFO of major manufacturing concern.

Mr. Andreas Mattes

Mr. Mattes currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer with Hewlett Packard’s Technology Solutions Group (TSG). Mr. Mattes is a veteran Siemens executive, where he held various sales and management positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Communications, Inc., the U.S. arm of Siemens Communications, and as a member of the Group Board of Siemens Communication Group, the group’s global governing board.

Mr. Efraim Wachtel

President and Chief Executive Officer of RAD Data Communication Ltd. Mr. Wachtel held various senior R&D positions in several companies in Israel and in the U.S.
