Mr Hagendorf serves as the General Manager of the Technology Business Unit. He served in various positions in RADVISION during 2001-2010 including Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Chief Technology Officer. Mr Hagendorf returns to RADVISION from NICE where he served as VP Strategy and Technologies. Prior to his first tenure in RADVISION Mr Hagendorf served in various R&D management positions in National Semiconductor and VCON Telecommunications.
Mr Hagendorf holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology.
